Cocooned within an exceptionally secluded and rare five-acre sanctuary, Stonebrook was brought to life by celebrated New Zealand architects Sumich Chaplin, and seamlessly intertwines opulence and comfort to create a landmark residence.
Infused with international influences and reminiscent of an exquisite Queenstown Villa or African Safari Lodge, the home is hidden from sight behind a grand stone wall. The residence features a gourmet kitchen with Gaggenau and Sub Zero appliances, superior entertaining amenities, four sumptuous ensuite bedrooms, a home theatre, and tranquil gardens.
Outdoors, a suite of superior resort-style amenities include a custom firepit, a basketball court, a dressage arena, and a private golf driving range.
