Like fast expensive cars? Like to be spoiled and treated like royalty? Do you prefer the finer things in life? Do you crave rarity and quality? If you have you said yes to one or more of these questions, Monaco is the destination for you.
The second smallest country in the world at a mere two kilometers wide is host to some of the words most impressive real estate, motor vehicles, yachts, hospitality and of course one of my favourites, champagne!
Having had the chance to travel the French Riviera including Monaco a few summers ago, I would have never believed all the hype. Monaco is like a city within a city, I mean as tourists you see all the beauty, architecture, high end and very rare motor vehicles and of course super yachts. Have you ever seen a yacht park within a yacht? Well that is a normal occurrence on the open waters in Monaco. However, there is another side of Monaco that only the super elite see and enjoy. One out of three residents in Monaco is a millionaire, and all you need to do is look around and you will notice the extravagant lifestyles, rare one off motor vehicles, and super exclusive and designed yachts.
Monaco is also home to one of the most favored and talked about Grand Prix on the Formula 1 circuit. It has hosted the GP of Monaco for the last 61 consecutive years. It is one if not the most talked about race tracks in the world! Monaco seems to come alive during the Grand Prix with everyone and anyone coming to share the spotlight. Monaco is where the rich and exclusive come too social for the weekend, and what better weekend than a Formula 1 weekend. At any given point you will be able to see famous celebrities, fashion designers, exclusive socialites, and yes-even Royalty.
Monaco is more than money and expensive items, its about a certain lifestyle and way of life. Residents and guests alike demand the best in terms of quality and in most cases rarity. People expect to find that bottle of Dom Perignon Vintage Rose 1959 to accompany them at dinner. They expect to get that premium ice aged water, which is purported to come from a glacier in the Czech Republic, which began melting nearly 15000 years ago. I think you get my point here, Residents and guest’s travel to Monaco to experience the ultra lux lifestyle that only Monaco can deliver.
Monaco will always hold a special place in my heart. I am an avid Formula 1 enthusiast, a food connoisseur and a Billionaire club advocate. Monaco to me is a dream destination both to live and to travel. Remember, it’s where the rich come to socialize.
